Useful information to help you plan your stay at Residence Diana in the best possible way.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

\n Arrivals & Departures<\/summary>\n
\n

Check-in:<\/strong> the apartment must be occupied on the agreed day, between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

Check-in after 7:00 p.m.<\/b> is possible only if strictly necessary and by prior arrangement with Reception. Please contact us in advance by e-mail at info@dianabibione.com<\/b><\/a> or by phone at +39 351 412 0567<\/b><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n

Check-out:<\/strong> the apartment must be vacated between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on the morning of the agreed departure day.<\/p>\n

After the check-out time, 10:00 a.m., some services are available for a fee<\/u> upon request and subject to availability: rooftop pool, beach spot, parking and Priv\u00e9e Spa.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\n<\/details>\n\n

\n Board Basis<\/summary>\n
\n

Only breakfast service is offered, with a supplement that varies according to age, as indicated in the dedicated breakfast section.<\/p>\n

It can be added at the time of booking or requested directly on site.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/details>\n\n

\n Prices<\/summary>\n
\n

Prices are per apartment, per day, according to the selected board basis.<\/p>\n

All prices include VAT.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/details>\n\n

\n Tourist Tax<\/summary>\n
\n

The tourist tax is not included in the price.<\/p>\n

For the 2026 summer season, the amount is \u20ac1.15 per night per person<\/strong>, from the age of 4, up to a maximum of 10 consecutive days.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/details>\n\n

\n Booking Confirmation<\/summary>\n
\n

To confirm the booking, payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the booked stay<\/strong> is required, unless otherwise specified.<\/p>\n

The deposit must be paid directly to Residence Diana by:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • bank transfer, with any fees or commissions charged to the sender.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

    Once received, the deposit automatically confirms the booking and commits the guest to accepting the general rental conditions.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/details>\n\n

    \n Balance Payment<\/summary>\n
    \n

    The balance<\/strong> must be paid upon arrival, when collecting the apartment keys.<\/p>\n

    Accepted payment methods:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • cash, within the limits permitted by law;<\/li>\n
    • debit card;<\/li>\n
    • Visa and Mastercard credit cards.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/div>\n <\/details>\n\n
      \n Cancellation Terms<\/summary>\n
      \n

      In case of cancellation up to 21 days before the arrival date, the deposit can be reused. It will remain valid for a future booking during the current summer season or the following season.<\/p>\n

      If the cancellation is made from 20 to 0 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid will be retained as a penalty. The deposit will also be retained in case of no-show.<\/p>\n

      In case of early departure, a penalty equal to 100% of the total amount of the stay applies.<\/p>\n

      \n The deposit is non-refundable for any reason.<\/strong>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/details>\n\n
      \n Pets<\/summary>\n
      \n

      Not allowed.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/details>\n\n

      \n Beach Service<\/summary>\n
      \n

      The price includes 1 beach service<\/strong> per apartment, consisting of 1 beach umbrella and 2 sun loungers.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/details>\n\n

      \n Daily Cleaning<\/summary>\n
      \n

      From 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/details>\n\n

      \n Parking<\/summary>\n
      \n

      The price includes 1 parking space per apartment<\/strong>, which cannot be reserved in advance.<\/p>\n

      The parking space may be:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • outdoor and uncovered;<\/li>\n
      • in the underground garage, maximum height 2.30 m.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

        The service is subject to availability.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/details>\n\n

        \n Swimming Pool<\/summary>\n
        \n

        Open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

        It is forbidden to reserve sun loungers with towels or personal belongings without using them. Staff are authorised to remove them if necessary.<\/p>\n

        Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/details>\n\n

        \n Visitors<\/summary>\n
        \n

        Access to the apartments by persons not staying at the Residence is possible only temporarily and with prior authorisation from Reception.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/details>\n\n

        \n TV Channels<\/summary>\n
        \n

        Non-Italian language channels start from 301.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/details>\n\n
