Check-in: the apartment must be occupied on the agreed day, between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Check-in after 7:00 p.m. is possible only if strictly necessary and by prior arrangement with Reception. Please contact us in advance by e-mail at info@dianabibione.com or by phone at +39 351 412 0567.

Check-out: the apartment must be vacated between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on the morning of the agreed departure day.

After the check-out time, 10:00 a.m., some services are available for a fee upon request and subject to availability: rooftop pool, beach spot, parking and Privée Spa.

Only breakfast service is offered, with a supplement that varies according to age, as indicated in the dedicated breakfast section.

It can be added at the time of booking or requested directly on site.

Prices are per apartment, per day, according to the selected board basis.

All prices include VAT.

The tourist tax is not included in the price.

For the 2026 summer season, the amount is €1.15 per night per person, from the age of 4, up to a maximum of 10 consecutive days.

To confirm the booking, payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the booked stay is required, unless otherwise specified.

The deposit must be paid directly to Residence Diana by:

• bank transfer, with any fees or commissions charged to the sender.

Once received, the deposit automatically confirms the booking and commits the guest to accepting the general rental conditions.

The balance must be paid upon arrival, when collecting the apartment keys.

Accepted payment methods:

• cash, within the limits permitted by law;
• debit card;
• Visa and Mastercard credit cards.

In case of cancellation up to 21 days before the arrival date, the deposit can be reused. It will remain valid for a future booking during the current summer season or the following season.

If the cancellation is made from 20 to 0 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid will be retained as a penalty. The deposit will also be retained in case of no-show.

In case of early departure, a penalty equal to 100% of the total amount of the stay applies.

Not allowed.

The price includes 1 beach service per apartment, consisting of 1 beach umbrella and 2 sun loungers.

From 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The price includes 1 parking space per apartment, which cannot be reserved in advance.

The parking space may be:

• outdoor and uncovered;
• in the underground garage, maximum height 2.30 m.

The service is subject to availability.

Open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

It is forbidden to reserve sun loungers with towels or personal belongings without using them. Staff are authorised to remove them if necessary.

Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed.

Access to the apartments by persons not staying at the Residence is possible only temporarily and with prior authorisation from Reception.

Non-Italian language channels start from 301.
